Cafeteria Specials for the week of Oct. 17 - 21

Today – Loaded baked potato soup, 2 spring rolls & fried rice

Tuesday – Thai coconut pumpkin soup, Clubhouse wrap

Wednesday – Curry chicken soup, Spicy chicken sandwich with chips & dip

Thursday – Broccoli cheddar soup, Mexi fries

Reminder to students – this Friday is an Inservice day.  No classes for students.

There will be an important Grad meeting this Wednesday at lunch.  All Grads must attend.

Reminder to all students going on the U of M Engineering field trip tomorrow – be at the bus loop at 8:10.  The bus leaves at 8:15. 

No Basketball workout tomorrow morning.

JV boys basketball tryouts start today at 5:30.  If you want to play basketball this year, you need to be at the tryouts.  The other tryouts are Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30.

Any student who has signed up for the musical or who is interested there is an information meeting on Wednesday at lunch in room 203. Come get your audition package and sign up for your audition time.

Any student who has signed up for the blood bus needs to bring their permission form back to Ms Palmer by this Thursday.

The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra is performing tomorrow night at the Centennial Concert Hall.  Students who have tickets are reminded to get there early (by 7:00 p.m.) as parking is limited.

There will be a brief organizational meeting today in room 208 at 12:45 p.m. for all students interested in participating in the World Literature group … Students have the opportunity to read texts in their first language and then participate in a group book chat with snacks!!! Win Win!! Most any language can be accommodated.

There will be a social justice meeting today in room 105.  See you there – we are talking WE DAY!!!

Attention Jimmie Grads - Josten Rings will be at the school this Wednesday at lunch time outside of Jimmies Junction.  Catalogues are in the office if you would like to see what other items they have to offer to graduates.
